Welcome to Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic

At Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic, we constantly seek to establish and nurture long-term relationships with both our clients and pets, providing excellent and complete care from pediatrics to geriatrics. We serve all of Phoenix and the surrounding areas of Moon Valley--we have clients traveling from Cave Creek, Gilbert, Buckeye and Prescott. We have been in business for over 25 years and have over forty years of combined experience. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff of professionals provides a full range of cutting-edge medical services. This allows us to work with our customers in achieving the appropriate care for their pet.

Jeff Cook moved to the Valley way back in 1979. He established Lookout Mountain Veterinary Clinic in 1983---we welcome our 27th anniversary this May!!!!

Adam Schure came to Phoenix in 1996 and completed a rotating internship in 1997. Since that time, he has been with Dr. Cook and Lookout Mountain, working together for almost 14 years
