Shannon Holstein has been a Canine Behavior Consultant for the past ten years. She studied and trained at Dr. Ian Dunbars Sirius Dog & Puppy Training Center (Hawaii location) for four years before bringing her philosophy and expertise to the valley in 1996. Her commitment to lifelong relationships between people and their pets is reflected in her GENTLE and NON-PHYSICAL approach to training. As the owner of Kokopelli Dog & Puppy Training, LLC, she has demonstrated and proven her unique approach and technique to be effective with a wide range of behavioral issues in dogs of all ages and breeds.

Shannon is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, a certified Red Cross instructor in Canine CPR, an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, as well as a founding member of the Arizona Humane Trainers Network.
