In the movie Matrix the Latin phrase nosce te ipsum occurs above the door in the Oracles house. It roughly means know thyself. There may be some good in that, but thats in an eternity to short for me. If you really want to know yourself then know God. Jesus said, Eternal life is to know you, the only true God, and to know Jesus Christ, the one you sent. (John 17:3) Paul wrote, The Spirit will make you wise and let you understand what it means to know God. (Eph 1:17) Know is the Greek word epignosei which means a personal and intimate relationship with God. This once baby now seated God is seeking a personal intimate relationship with you, with me.
