Model & Talent Tip #4 Why is "Styling" so important to your Photo Shoot?...Simply because the application of both Hair & Make-Up and the choice and the fitting of the clothes (Fashion Styling) used in your photo shoot create the fantasy or "The Look" that you as a model are trying to achieve in order to appeal to your target markets. The better the Hair & Make-Up and the Fashion Styling the more believable "The Look" is to the viewer. However, each model has a professional range of looks that will suit her and some that do not. It is imperative that your photographer, make-up artist and stylist choose looks that are within your range and not too over-the-top, otherwise prospective clients and agents will not find your photographs impressive and will consider you an amateur. Styling sessions are absolutely critical prior to any Fashion, Commercial, Model or Talent shoot!
