We also offer programs based on an individuals specific needs.
What truly sets us apart from the rest is that we are the only fitness facility in the area you can try absolutely free before you make a commitment. Meet our staff, try our equipment and evaluate our service. If we're not up to your standards then do not become a member. It's that simple.
We understand that making a decision to work out is difficult. Will I like the other members? Will I really stick to it this time? Did I make the right choice in joining this particular gym? These are all fair questions that can only be answered by trying before you commit to buying. It is hard for any business, over time, to hide bad service, mediocre staff or inferior equipment and programming.

We are proud of what we do here and believe that if you give us a chance, you will want to do business with us. We have been servicing members in this community for a number of years, and we are proud to be a locally owned and operated business. I'm a hands on owner who has a proven track record for operating a CLEAN, FRIENDLY, AND RESULTS DRIVEN facility for nearly 10 years.

We are one of the more expensive gyms in town. This is by choice. Poor service and low-grade amenities are all part of being a cheaply priced facility. To our way of doing business, you cannot be the best and be the cheapest at the same time.

This also means that our gym is not for everyone in the community. If you appreciate the finer things in life, then this is where you belong. If price is your deciding factor, you may not be happy with us. We really do feel that we are the best and that we are worth the price.
