Nancy Hetrick has been a financial advisor for over 16 years but after going through a less-than-optimal divorce in 2007, she became passionate about helping to guide others through the divorce process in a kinder, gentler, and more affordable way. After only 18 months in business, she had more business than she could handle and has grown the company while still maintaining a wealth practice simultaneously with RIA, Clarity Financial. In less than 4 years, she has seen her revenues increase 500%, hired three employees, become an industry expert nationally in divorce finance and mediation and teaches a mentoring program to CDFA holders internationally.  She built the business like a true entrepreneur, doing everything herself. She created her business plan, built her own website, did her own social media, created her own forms and contracts, and created standards for a niche that didn’t exist yet. She built her company with values and integrity at the heart of every interaction in an industry with a reputation for unethical behavior.

Nancy is the Finance Director for the Phoenix Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, NAWBO, and also the Assistant Director for their Business Mentoring Program. She is also a past board member of the IDFA, Institute for Divorce Financial Professionals.  She was a finalist for the BBB Ethics Award and the winner of the 2015 NAWBO Phoenix Business Woman of the Year. She volunteers regularly for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation in Phoenix providing financial guidance to women in need.
