Mr. Nelson is a formally trained Cordon Bleu chef who makes the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.  The chocolate chip cookie is hand made by Mr. Nelson, as he is the only employee, and is consider a very high end luxury chocolate chip cookie.  Cookies are shipped in a handmade custom box that is hand signed and hand batched by Mr. Nelson himself.  In addition, Mr. Nelson hand writes every card inside the box and all cookies are shipped overnight or two day on the day they are baked.  Mr. Nelson only makes 288 cookies a day, no more so they are very limited quantity and very exclusive.  Mr. Nelson developed his recipe and process nearly 25 years ago as a single father to his son Christian.  After 25 years of being told he should sell the cookies, his son pushed him into the business world after Mr. Nelson retired and completed two years at the Cordon Bleu with highest honors.  Mr. Nelson makes, bakes, packs, and ships all the cookies himself four days a week at his custom bakery in Gold Canyon, Arizona.  90% of his business is online but you will find him at events all across Arizona during the weekends where people can meet Mr. Nelson first hand.
