Unlike corporate healthcare today, AFC brings the look and feel of a family-owned business to patients, but with the added benefits and support of a corporate company. When you visit AFC, you are scheduled with a practitioner who you can expect to see each time you visit.

We do not believe in a rotating network of providers, resulting in detached care, unfamiliar faces, and a poor experience– that is not how we do business. Instead, your practitioner knows your name, knows your history, and is committed to improving your condition and quality of life.
