So was Chuck Holland, owner and operator of CC Tools, Inc. in Mesa, Arizona. Chuck worked for an electrical utility company for 30 years. He and a few of the other Troublemen he worked with set a goal to put together an instrument that would enhance the electrical Troubleshooters ability to find the problem and remedy it as soon as possible. They came up with an innovative tool that assists electrical Troubleshooters on secondary problems.
– Testing can begin as soon as the leads are connected.
– Explaining to customer is simplified
– One person is able to locate the service cables in junction boxes or U/G transformers without assistance.
– Overhead or Underground secondary/services can be tested. Its versatility cant be matched.
– Secondary routes can be checked by one person, while using an instrument that detects 60 cycles.
