Our projects include new building construction, building retrofits, department installations, tenant improvements, and public parks. We also provide construction services for commercial and residential developments.
Formerly operating in New York and Arizona as West Contracting Corp., KCS emphasizes our top priority: service. We provide our services through various contract delivery methods including stipulated sum (design / bid / build), construction management (agency), construction management at risk, job order contracting, and design / build. Direct services including project management, estimating and consulting are also available. With all services provided by KCS, we understand the importance of partnering in a team effort with our clients.
