Greg Medford's American Karate Studios II offers world-class American Kenpo Karate instruction, Mixed Martial Arts fitness, Self-defense, Woman's Kickboxing, and a serious Martial Arts program for children. Our style is an original "Mixed Martial Art" that has always focused on techniques for real world scenarios and street oriented conflict as opposed to point karate or sport cage fighting. Our martial arts school is one of the finest in Arizona and our property ownership is a testament to our longevity, and the dedication and professionalism that has been a trade mark of our Academy for 12 years now.
When the fads of TV and other fringe segments of society have passed on to other things, we will still be here serving the community with honor, respect, integrity, service, and providing the very best in fitness, conditioning, health and yes realistic fighting methods for self-defense and personal protection. The secret to life is balance in all things and with that in mind we bring a balance of "Martial" and "Art" to you for the benefit of all.
