The Drawing Room, Inc. is located in St. George, Utah and is one of the area's leaders in custom home design. We have been providing home owners and building professionals with home plans since 1990. Our goal is to offer unique and affordable home plans that make homeowners excited about their new home. We believe that a fabulous home doesn't have to cost a fortune or be difficult to build. That is why we don’t offer hundreds of plans that all look the same. We only showcase plans that we feel are interesting, one-of-a-kind homes that are also functional and livable.
