Clate Mask is the CEO and Co-founder of Infusionsoft. His passion is helping small businesses grow. He has spoken to tens of thousands of small business owners. He is an entrepreneur who loves to empower other entrepreneurs to create the business they want, without sacrificing the lifestyle they deserve.
Clate loves to turn small businesses into big businesses. His decades of experience with paper routes, door-to-door sales and start-up ventures give him the heart, entrepreneurial fire and courage to think big. His economics, MBA and law degrees give him the formal training to turn that entrepreneurial fire into a successful, revolutionary company that creates value for everyone associated with it.
In addition to his work at Infusionsoft, Clate enjoys serving his community. He served for many years as a Scoutmaster and is on the advisory board for the Never Again Foundation.
When Clate isn't working to build Infusionsoft, he loves to spend time with his gorgeous wife and six great kids. In 2007, he was awarded with the "Father of the Year Award." The balancing act can be difficult at times, but his family supports him 100 percent and serves as a constant reminder about what really matters in life. As much as Clate loves to write and execute a good business plan, his real joy comes from the time he spends with his family.
Clate loves to play golf (he shot his first hole-in-one on June 14, 2006!), basketball, softball and racquetball - and don't even get him started about ping-pong.

Scott Martineau is the co-founder and VP of Product Management at Infusionsoft. Scott hates fake and loves authentic. Life was meant to live happily and to enjoy to the fullest. He feels strongly that entrepreneurs need to stop looking around and just stop doing what everyone else is doing. Instead, he suggests that they should find their own mission in life and then go build a great company around that dream.
Scott's dream is to revolutionize the way small businesses grow. To him, this means that every person who has the entrepreneurial spark will have access to the tools they need to turn their spark into a raging fire of success. As an entrepreneur himself, Scott vividly remembers "career day" in high school. Specifically, he remembers wondering why anybody would want a job. His ambition was to stick it to the man and define success on his own terms.
Outside of work, community spirit is very important to Scott. Between helping his wife with her homeschooling activities, his efforts in the scouting program, and helping others research their family history, Scott has his hands full. Plus, Scott's family recently moved into a more rural area of the city. He describes himself as a "city boy who's gone country," and he's having a heck of a time caring for horses, chickens, cats, and dogs.
In his spare time, Scott loves to watch and play basketball, play with his 6 children (throwing stuff, wrestling, dancing, computer games, reading stories, etc.), and go on dates with his beautiful wife.
Oh yeah, and Scott wears jeans every day.
