Integrity Realty & Assoc., LLC. was opened in 1997 by Joel Lawson and has been blessed with success from the very beginning. Joel Lawson, the founder, principal owner & Designated Broker, was first joined by his now partner John Ford and shortly there after by Fred Adams who became our third partner. Fred Adams acted as Designated Broker from late 1997 until his passing on December 1st 2003. Fred was well known and respected in the community and had been one of the only grocers in Snowflake for years and owned the Pioneer Market, now Ed's IGA Market. Fred and his family also donated the now refurbished Historic Freeman Home to the city where our Snowflake office is located next to IGA supermarket. Joel Lawson made his living in earlier years as a Hotel Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Director. Including management positions at Sunrise Ski Resort in the Arizona White Mountains, Kohl's Ranch Resort near Payson AZ. and Holiday Inn at Monument Valley, AZ. Since obtaining his Real Estate License and attending at Appraisal Institute at ASU, Joel has served several years on the Board of the White Mountain Association of Realtors and is currently President Elect. Joel also currently serves as the Vice Chair on the Navajo County Planning & Zoning Commission.
John Ford (Not the one who directed all the John Wayne Movies in Monument Valley) had already retired from a career in contract administration involving large defense projects, including the United States Military's Hover Craft. John has also owned his own shrimp boat and spent years breeding and showing Standard Poodles with his wife Mary. John has been a trusted partner and contributed greatly to Integrity Realty and it's success. John currently serves on the Board of Directors of the White Mountain Association of Realtors.
