Chef Rue is Moving!
Chef Emily Rue is leaving the Valley of the Sun. After years of having enjoyed the to live and work in the Phenox Metro Area Chef Emily Rue and Simply Delicious Catering are relocating to Farmington, New Mexico.
I personally would like to thank all my clients and customers for the years of support and patronage. It was a pleasure to working with and for you. I bid the Valley a fond farewell.

Peoples Choice Award for Chef Rue!
Chef Emily Rue and Arizona Bank & Trust were the "Peoples Choice Award" for the best Chili at the "Gilbert Chili for Charity" on Nov. 15, 08. The "Trust your Chili" was created by Chef Rue with 8 different Chili's.
I personally would like to Thank Arizona Bank & Trust for allowing me to represent them in this charity event.

Simply Delicious is a catering and Bakery Company founded in 1995 by Chef Emily Rue. The wide variety of services include; caterings, from Weddings to Romantic Dinners for 2, Dinner Parties, Personal Chef Service, Culinary Instructor, and Event Planner. Wedding Favors, Bridal or Baby Shower Chocolates made from her chocolate company, LaRues Chocolates. Serving Phoenix and Maricopa areas.
Chef Emily Rue is a certified executive chef with over 30 years of experience in the food in industry. Simply Delicious was named one of the top 10 catering companies in Phoenix. She has creativity ability with any type of cuisine as well as developing new ideas. She will create any style of party you wish, from Sit Down Dinners, Buffets or Butler Passed Hors doeuvres. Theme parties are also available with food, chocolates and decorations to match the theme.
A Scottsdale Culinary Institute graduate, she was the first female certified executive chef in Arizona.
She was named The Chef of the Month, and Received the Chapter Service Award for her hard work. She has catered for celebrities around the valley as well as Diamond Back players. She donates her time and artistic abilities to several charities each year.
