Globally Recognized Teacher and Innovator in Nasal Reconstruction
Dr. Menick, a board-certified plastic surgeon, has practiced in Tucson, Arizona for 25 years — in private practice and as Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of Arizona and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Tucson Veterans Administration hospital. Although he performs many types of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, his special interests are nasal and facial reconstruction and primary and secondary rhinoplasty.
My Philosophy Dr. Menick
“Cosmetic and reconstructive surgery are complementary — the aesthetic skill needed to enhance the attractiveness of a normal but imperfect nose or face can be used to define the tissue requirements and techniques needed to rebuild a nose lost to cancer or injury. The skills needed to rebuild the face deformed by cancer, trauma, or birth defects can also be applied to aesthetic surgery”.
