It's difficult for anyone, even me, to fully comprehend the amount of detailed time, enterprise and effort you so unselfishly put into this year's banquet entertainment for our Total Customer Satisfaction Worldwide Competition. The songs, acts and particularly the absolutely side-splitting "tie-cutter" with our president, Jim Norling, were wonderful.
