We transport small cats and dogs only, approximately 25 pounds or less. Pets must travel in hard carriers in the luggage area of the van. If you do not have your own hard carrier, please ask and we will provide one. Hard carrier dimensions should be 25"L x 17"W x 17"H or smaller. If you have a soft carrier and your pet may be more comfortable, you may put the soft carrier inside the hard carrier. It is necessary that we be told about a pet planning to be on the shuttle in case we have advance notice of a passenger with allergies.
