WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR INITIAL EXAMINATION VISIT
-A review of your health history and list of medications will help us understand your overall health and the impact they may have on your teeth. Knowing this will help us determine a safe plan of action.
-Necessary X-rays will be taken (We use digital radiography to minimize radiation exposure).
-A thorough dental examination will be performed, and all information obtained will be carefully evaluated so we can assess your dental needs. We will explain your current oral condition and recommend an appropriate treatment plan taking into account your immediate needs and long term objectives and expectations. The treatment plan will provide a road map to optimal dental health.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Our office accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.

We accept most insurance plans and as a courtesy we will file the claim forms for you. We do our best to collect from your insurance company but we expect their payment in a timely manner. We encourage our patients to get involved in the insurance process to maximize their benefits and expedite payment. After 30 days, the balance obligation is yours. The insurance contract is between the employer, the insurance company and the patient. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for treatment not paid by insurance.

Should a dental emergency occur, we will make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible. After hours emergency service is reserved for our patients of record.
