PGR Construction, Inc. has been a certified installer of CHANCE™ Helical Pier Foundations and Anchoring Systems since 1995. This proven underpinning and foundation repair system is frequently recommended by architects, soil or geo-technical engineers, civil engineers, and structural engineers to re-level and stabilize foundations that have failed due to water line breaks, subsidence or poor soil compaction work by contractors and homeowners.
The advantages of an underpinning system are numerous: There is no need for staging, there is almost no disruption or displacement of soil, the system is appropriate for a wide range of soft or failed soil conditions, and each pier is immediately capable of supporting its own load.
