WHAT MAKES BODYSCAPES ANY DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER GYM OR FITNESS CENTER?
WHY BODYSCAPES? WHY NOT MORE MACHINES?
WHEN PEOPLE FIRST ENTER A GYM, THEY ARE INTRODUCED TO THE "greatest weight equipment".
It is not about the equipment at Bodyscapes. We have a few pieces. But why don’t we have a chest press machine? Why not a leg extension or leg curl machine? Most fitness facilities have row after row of “selectorized” equipment pieces that for large numbers of unsupervised people are fairly user friendly and reasonably safe. They are not nearly as effective as the exercises your Bodyscapes' trainer will put you through during you time at the Bodyscapes wellness haven.
Our philosophy is to offer a hands-on and functional approach to wellness by combining manual and dynamic stretching, functional strengthening and core stabilization. We use different protocols to allow you to achieve those goals. You may do Pilates, Kettlebells, Clubbells, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, Pegasus®, postural
alignment, weight training, stretch therapy and martial arts fitness.
All of instructors are the best in their selected fields. They are dedicated professionals who have different interests from dance to martial arts to give clients a variety of specialized exercise and therapy programs.
We have first hand experience on the pressures and demands placed on the body by stress, age, sports and injuries. Each of our instructors has been actively involved in serious exercise,
