We encourage all clients to take a tour of our clinic anytime during our business hours.

We are always interested in feedback from clients. We welcome any comments, concerns or questions you may have regarding pet care that you have received at Caring Hearts. Please feel free to contact the clinic at 480-545-8921. We do not have internet access at the clinic. However, you can e-mail the Schleappes at petsvet@aol.com.
If you have a pet medical emergency during our clinic hours we accept walk-ins. Please do not use e-mail to contact us regarding emergency concerns. Call us at 480-545-8921. We are not able to diagnose, recommend treatment, give estimates for care without an exam, or provide medical care for your pet by e-mail or phone. We do not have internet access at the clinic if you e-mail a question, the Schleappe's will be happy to respond. The response time may be delayed. Feel free to call us with your questions or concerns.
When you call, a live person will answer. You will not be asked to press 1 to proceed. Your call is important! We want to speak with you about your pet care concerns. Current clients will be offered to have a message given to the doctor with a 24 hour response time Monday-Friday for non-urgent issues. Saturday non-urgent questions may be answered on Monday. We will recommend that your pet be seen if you are concerned. We attempt to offer same day appointments during business hours for all urgent issues. Please don't waste time. If you are concerned about your pet, pick up the phone and call 480-545-8921. If you have a pet care emergency during our business hours, come right in. We ask that you call us before you leave the house so we will be ready to treat the emergency. There may be an instance where we do not have a doctor in the clinic. We may be able to save you some time by directing you to an emergency clinic.
Hospital tours are available between the hours of 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday through Saturday. Your leashed pet is welcome to join you. You do not need to make an appointment for a tour. Please allow 30 minutes for your tour. We are proud to show you our hospital and are happy to have you meet our staff.

For every referral you make, a $15 credit (no cash value) will be applied to your account at the end of the month. This credit is good for 1 year from the month the referral was made. Please be sure you tell anyone you refer to Caring Hearts to put your name on the new client questionnaire. Where it asks: "How did you hear about us?"
If they do not mention your name you will not be given a credit.
You will be notified by mail that a credit is on your account. You do not have to save a card.
There is no work on your part. The best way you can say you are happy with Caring Hearts is to tell your friends and family how satisfied you are with the service you received from the staff at Caring Hearts.

Remember, tell anyone you refer to write your name on their client information sheet at their first visit!
