Due to recent boom in real estate industry, every other construction is now large and huge containing several floors. In extreme case (which has never happened so far due to carefully taken security steps) where death is caused to any worker, we also cover such incidents and compensate by providing life insurance facility. Now let’s get back to our topic of window cleaning . This is a specialized type of work in which the external windows and walls of high rise building are mopped and cleaned. The process starts by lifting, in a specially designed pulley, of worker from the roof. The pulley has ropes attached at the roof and is handled by a pair of workers who stay at the roof. The cleaning worker has washing material like liquid and brush. The worker at the top loses the pulley gradually, waits there for cleaning a particular window, and then further loses it. When all the windows are cleaned, the workers at top lift back the said worker. In order to give a shiny look, we use some special forms of chemicals that are quick in cleaning and leave a clear look. 

For the purpose of safety of our employees, we regularly take some extra precautionary steps. Firstly, we abide by all the basic safety and quality assurance rules as set out in ISO standardization. As we all know that such certification is only obtained once the auditors have visited the facility and observed our working style. Further, we impart regular trainings to our employees and workers. We promote a culture and environment of safe working, and assure this by rewarding employees who comply with safety standards and also penalize workers who show neglect in following safety precautions. We also have a standard and system in place which requires reporting of accidents taking place during work. This entails complete documentation too and near misses are also documented. At the end of a month, the accidental incidents are discussed. 

A special committee is designed for this purpose which includes representatives from different departments including security, admin, finance and some workers are also invited to give their feedback.
