Perhaps the most comprehensive outpatient center in Arizona, A New Beginning offers a full array of psychological, medication and nutrition services conveniently located within one treatment facility. Comprehensive in scope, yet personal in nature, A New Beginning is committed to providing each client with individualized care.

Whether simply seeking individual, marital or family psychotherapy, or searching for a more concentrated program (for such disorders as anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder or severe depression), our expert clinicians explore the personal needs of each client and offer a treatment plan which is unique to their specific situation. By tailoring treatment in this manner, A New Beginning is able to offer clients comprehensive treatment which is more cost efficient, and less time-consuming, than more traditional “one size fits all” pre-set Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).

A New Beginning is unmatched in its extensive outpatient programming for the recovery of all eating disorders including: anorexia; bulimia; binge-eating disorder; compulsive overeating; male eating disorders; exercise bulimia and child, adolescent and adult obesity.

Suitable for clients (child through adult) who are medically stable, A New Beginning’s outpatient eating disorders program can be utilized as an alternative to inpatient care (when inpatient treatment is either not suitable or feasible), or as a “step-down” aftercare program following inpatient treatment.
If inpatient care is necessary, A New Beginning’s clinical team can help facilitate a referral to a top-rated inpatient facility and will be available upon discharge to provide a supportive after-care program.
